Sambas, tangos and waltzes from South America

Alfredo Muro

Alfredo Muro invites his audience into a world of shared musical discovery. Whether performing on the global stage, composing new works, or mentoring the next generation of artists, his career is defined by a deep-seated passion for the guitar. This triad of performance, composition, and pedagogy forms the foundation of his acclaimed success and fuels his tireless pursuit of artistic evolution.

From intimate recitals to packed concert halls and each time the music rises from where he sits and extends his embrace to those in attendance. It bows to our inner dancer, extends its hand and draws us under its spell. Sometime later the audience awakens to their own thundering applause, wondering how their hearts can be so full and the smiles so wide. This is how it’s supposed to be.
